Kathleen has been in the Real Estate industry in the Okanagan Valley for about 20 years now and has
worked with Royal Lepage Kelowna during this time. Her business is primarily focussed on the
Okanagan Real Estate market and referrals helping clients who are moving away from the Okanagan to
find a good agent in the community they will be moving to.
Kathleen has moved with her family and pets many times to various locations within British Columbia.
Five of these moves required purchasing and selling her family home. She realizes that each move is very
personal for the home sellers and purchasers and the reasons for selling and buying can be varied for
each of us. She moved to the Okanagan with her family and like many, fell in love with its natural
